However, why is shingles, acute allergic reaction, anaphylaxis not included? (acute dermatitis is on p.382, but no reference to airway involvement). Also no nebulizer treatments for acute exacerbation of COPD or paediatric acute respiratory distress. Otherwise really like format, like clinical pearls. Like algorithms. Li||This book contains valuable information and is an absolute must for residents and students.
